The world of Bollywood is constantly buzzing with updates, but few things excite fans more than seeing their favorite stars reunite off-screen. Recently, the digital space was set ablaze when the stunning Kriti Sanon took to her Instagram handle to share a delightful video featuring none other than her ‘Bhediya’ co-star Varun Dhawan and the visionary director Amar Kaushik. This reunion has sparked a wave of nostalgia and anticipation among fans, leading many to wonder if something big is brewing in the Maddock Supernatural Universe.
At Trendslr, we always keep a close eye on these viral moments that define pop culture, and this latest update from Kriti Sanon is definitely one for the books. The video, which quickly garnered millions of views and likes, showcases the infectious chemistry between the trio, reminding us why their previous collaboration was such a hit at the box office.
### The Viral Video: What Went Down?
In the video shared by Kriti, the atmosphere seems lighthearted and full of energy. Kriti, Varun, and Amar are seen sharing a candid moment, laughing and enjoying each other’s company. Kriti Sanon, known for her impeccable style and charming personality, looked radiant as ever. Varun Dhawan, the heartbeat of millions, brought his signature high energy to the frame, while Amar Kaushik, the mastermind behind some of the biggest horror-comedy hits in India, seemed to be enjoying the banter.
The caption of the post was equally engaging, hinting at the bond they shared during the filming of ‘Bhediya’. Fans were quick to jump into the comments section, flooding it with red heart emojis and fire icons. The camaraderie between the three is evident, suggesting that their relationship goes beyond professional boundaries. This is the kind of organic content that Trendslr loves to bring to its readers—real, raw, and full of Bollywood magic.
### Revisiting the Magic of ‘Bhediya’
To understand why this reunion is such a big deal, we have to look back at the success of ‘Bhediya’. Released in 2022, the film was a unique addition to the Indian film industry, blending horror elements with sharp comedy and a strong environmental message. Kriti Sanon played the role of Dr. Anika, while Varun Dhawan portrayed Bhaskar, a man who turns into a werewolf.
Their on-screen chemistry was one of the highlights of the film. From the foot-tapping numbers like “Thumkeshwari” to the intense emotional sequences, the duo proved they are a force to be reckoned with. Amar Kaushik’s direction ensured that the film stood out in the crowded genre of horror-comedies. Seeing them together again has naturally led to rumors about a potential sequel or a new project altogether.
### Is ‘Bhediya 2’ on the Horizon?
The biggest question on everyone’s mind after seeing the Instagram video is: Are we getting ‘Bhediya 2’? While there has been no official confirmation from the makers yet, the presence of Amar Kaushik in the video makes the speculation even stronger. Amar Kaushik is currently one of the busiest directors in Bollywood, especially with his involvement in the Maddock Supernatural Universe, which includes films like ‘Stree’, ‘Roohi’, and ‘Munjya’.
At Trendslr, we believe that the success of ‘Stree 2’ has paved the way for more interconnected stories within this universe. If Kriti, Varun, and Amar are hanging out, it’s highly likely that discussions about the next chapter of the werewolf saga are underway. Fans are eager to see how Bhaskar’s story evolves and how Dr. Anika’s character fits into the larger narrative.
### The Impact of Social Media on Movie Promotions
This Instagram post by Kriti Sanon is a perfect example of how modern-day celebrities use social media to maintain their connect with the audience. In the past, fans had to wait for official press releases or trailer launches to get a glimpse of their favorite stars. Today, a simple 15-second reel can generate more hype than a traditional marketing campaign.
Kriti Sanon has mastered the art of social media engagement. Whether it’s sharing behind-the-scenes snippets, workout routines, or casual hangouts with colleagues, she knows how to keep her followers hooked. Varun Dhawan is equally adept at this, often using his platform to promote his work and interact with his “Varuniacs.” By sharing this video, they have successfully kept ‘Bhediya’ relevant in the minds of the audience long after its release.
### Why the Audience Loves This Trio
The popularity of the Kriti-Varun-Amar trio stems from their mutual respect and shared creative vision. Amar Kaushik has a knack for bringing out the best in his actors, pushing them to explore characters that are outside their comfort zones. Varun’s transformation into a creature of the night was physically demanding and mentally challenging, yet he executed it with finesse under Amar’s guidance. Similarly, Kriti’s portrayal of a mysterious doctor added a layer of intrigue to the film.
When these three come together, there is a sense of creative synergy. Trendslr notes that in an industry often criticized for being superficial, the genuine friendship between these artists is refreshing to see. It’s this authenticity that translates into great cinema and keeps the fans coming back for more.
